MINISTER Mentor Lee Kuan Yew and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong have won a defamation suit against the Far Eastern Economic Review (Feer) and the publication’s editor Hugo Restall. With damages to be assessed, Feer was restrained from the publication, sale, offer for sale and distribution of the defamatory allegations or other allegations of similar effect in Singapore.
